Amer is a seasoned executive in major capital programs, transactions and transformations. Sector experience includes urban development, real estate, tourism, transport, infrastructure, rail, airports, aviation, space, ports, energy, water and healthcare. Amer performed roles as CEO, General Manager, Program Director, Consulting Director, Business Development and SME. He is extensively experienced in Program and project management, strategy & institutional development, city management, PPP project advisory and transactions, corporate P&L responsibility, business development, bid preparation, procurement, risk, operations, government transformation, organizational change, PMO design & implementation, learning and development. Additionaly, he has expert knowledge in space, space tourism, space history, and space education.
SAMEEHA KHAN
Sameeha joined Precipio in 2017 and mainly provides business development and consultancy services for clients. Sameeha has worked with banks and one of the largest regional developers in providing due diligence. Furthermore, Sameeha has been leading the M&A practice primarly in real estate and healthcare. Other mandates have included in the education, fintech, proptech and hospitality. Sameeha was able to close deals worth more than AED100M and is currently managing deals ranging between AED100M-500M. Her previous work experience includes working at First Solar, a US based solar developer and Grant Thornton. Sameeha has an MSc in Metals and Energy Finance from Imperial College London and a BSc in Economics and Mathematics from Royal Holloway, University of London.
